It was excellent base for visiting most Lugano attractions. Handy location, close to a bus stop. Staff of our accommodation was amicable and kind.

Though it had very uncomfortable beds, this was a really comfortable experience. Things like a drier, a shower cap and bath sheets were available in the private bathroom.
